Becoming a mother is a major life change that can present some overwhelming challenges and bring up our deepest insecurities. Unfortunately talk therapy is often expensive and inaccessible, so parents don't get the support they need.
Perri Shaw Borish's group is an interactive, safe place where moms can be authentically themselves and learn how to navigate this major life transition. Whether this is your first or fourth child, you are welcome to come and let yourself be nurtured, cared for and surrounded by other moms seeking the same.
